The right configuration for every application
Dispensing valves are metered according to the time-pressure principle. The metering quantity is set by the material pressure and the opening time of the valve needle. Thanks to their robust design, they can process materials with viscosities of up to 2,500,000 mPas.
Various drum and barrel pumps are available to supply the material. Various components can be added to the system concept for monitoring and control purposes – depending on the process safety requirements, for example, gear flow measuring cells, needle monitoring systems, photoelectric barriers or pressure sensors.
All dispensing valves can be integrated into fully automated production lines.
Needle dispensing valves
For the application as a dot or bead: Use the needle dispensing valve to meter lubricants, adhesives and sealants cleanly and precisely.
Diaphragm dispensing valves
For reactive, abrasive or aggressive materials: The diaphragm dispensing valve reliably meters leak-free up to a worldwide unique operating pressure of 200 bar.
