While retaining the great efficiency and all the key features of the JR2000 family, we have taken into account your feedback and our experience to offer you an even more suitable Desktop Robot.
By designing high-precision repeatability and a highly rigid structure, our concept was to create an ideal production line robot suitable for small series production of a wide variety of products.
Advanced programmability and applications, along with the development environment, make it easy to create custom menu commands.
Our Desktop Robot, part of the JR family, is an excellent tool for performing operations such as dosing, screw tightening, soldering and a PCB router.
With the JANOME interface, programming the robot is simple and fast.
The robot’s interactive teaching procedure is easy to use. No complicated programming language is required. The main system software is connected to the machine via COM via a PC. C & T; data can also be transferred to other machines via PC.
The robust aluminum alloy molded housing (with both H- and L-shaped bodies) has the stability required for high-precision repeatability.
The compact size not only saves space, but allows it to be used in smaller workplaces. Its small footprint, light weight, and built-in controller allow for a flexible manufacturing system.
The JR2000N Robot includes a myriad of built-in routines, variables, and COM commands that allow for complex user programming
Besides that:
Professional program connection Increased storage capacity No memory card required.
The teaching tool makes setup and modification easy and quick. By using the plastic housing, we achieved a 50% weight saving. In addition, we have equipped the new teaching unit with an enlarged LCD. With a size of 320 × 240, the display is almost twice the size of the previous model.
Connectivity and versatility
(You can easily connect your device when using a general purpose memory card.)
KX Servo Drive (Precision) For applications where precise mounting is required, you can enter torque, speed, angle, direction of rotation and time. Electric drive For standard applications where mechanical torque adjustment is required. Loose recording checks and gives an error message.
Simultaneous control of the X, Y, Z, and R axes. Bonding, filling and insulation operations can be performed with different materials Instant adhesive, silicone and epoxy resin, and solder flux dosing.
Simultaneous control of the X, Y, Z, and R axes. Solder line or arcs. Quick replacement of the soldering tip. Excellent electrical circuit board, wires for soldering QFP and piezo electrical components.
The CCD camera and the Height sensor are suitable for fast and accurate inspection, and enable accurate detection of gripping and positioning operations as well as dosing and soldering applications.
If you want to connect your own device to the robot, please contact us!
Teacher Tool Before entering the job position, select JOG or NDI mode by pressing the Teacher Tool button. Clearly displayed coordinate values help you enter positions.
This is a sequence control function that can run independently of the robot function.
You can also create your own applications (software) for different needs. For example, define a point type “Point Dosing” by creating a “Dosing Application” software.
Enter the contents of the “point dosing” operation in the definition menu for point type operations. {e.g. Start dosing (enter: # genOut1), wait for the dosing time (delay Dispense Time * 100), and then stop dosing (reset # genOut1).}
Enter “Common Setting Variables Definition” in the point type definition menu by specifying “Dosing Time” for each point. The setting is simply by entering some of the required values, e.g. This is done by specifying “Variable Type”, “Variable ID”, and “Input Unit”.
Specify “Enumeration Type” or “Numeric Type” as “Variable Type.” If you have selected “Enumeration Type”, you can also select the value from the “Optional Items” list. You can further set “Variable ID” and the variable name as the name display.
The Janome SCARA Robot is a new type of robot with high performance and low cost. The user-friendly interface allows quick program modification without programming knowledge. We simplified programming using direct teaching technique, remote teaching technique, and MDI input.
High performance, Low cost
We want to offer the most practical SCARA robot at the lowest possible price. This allows the assembly lines to be automated
Higher work efficiency
We want to solve the teaching process as simply as possible. (no complicated robotic languages required) The special software applications on the memory card (such as Screw Tightening, Dosing or Soldering) allow easy and fast teaching.
Compact Size
The controller is located inside the robot, thus ensuring the compactness of the equipment.
Just plug it in and the robot can be used. The compact size allows it to be used in small spaces.
Simplified sequence control
A simplified sequence control program or PLC independent of the robot functions was built into the robot. No additional hardware is required because I / O uses external I / O ports located on the base body of the robot.
(Other devices can be easily connected when using a General Purpose Memory Card)
JR C-Points software is an enhanced version of JR Points software. The various existing simple applications such as dosing, screw tightening, soldering have been retained. In addition, a new software allows the user to manage the complex robot language, its variables and functions.
1: Stabil CP* Movement by Double Shaft Mechanism
High-precision CP drive and simple Z- and R-axis control can be provided with separate Z- and R-axis motor controls. (* “CP” stand for continuous movement)
2: High speed operations
We can achieve peak cycle time with high-performance AC servo motors and the original JANOME high-rigidity robot mechanism. This allowd for higher productivity.
3: High rigidity arm
A deflection of 0.04 mm with a load of 4 kg can be ensured even when the lever is in the maximum extended state. This makes heavier workpieces and a wider range of applications possible.
4: Wide rectangular areas suitable for scaffold movements
210mm x 210mm work areas b x b (Right) and b ‘x b’ (Left) are guaranteed on the JS350.
5: Acceptable moment of inertia of the R-axis
The high allowable moment of inertia of the R-axis provides a wide range of tool applications.
6: User-friendly tool piping
The robot was equipped with fourteen signal lines and four overhead lines. This allows for a compact layout.
7: The JS family is able to memorize the current position of the arms while turning it off. It is not necessary to reset the robot on restart.
This can reduce the set-up time.
JR C-Points (experimental name) software is an enhanced version of JR Points software that provides an easy-to-use program entry system for high-level applications.
“C-Points” means “Customizable Points,” which, as its name suggests, means points that can be customized. We are proud to present JR C-Points as a new teaching system over the current BASIC type robot language.
1. Simple teaching
The JS family inherits the simple point teaching system of the JR family. With the help of the teaching tool, small changes can be made. This allows for quick boot and setup.
2. Multi-purpose teaching
The built-in robot language extends the versatility of the robot.
3. Customized teaching
The original JANOME application software, such as the screwdriver or the dosing software, can be programmed by the user. The user can set the original screw tightening or dosing conditions, or create custom user software.
4. Malfunction elimination function
We have expanded the control to an “Administration Mode” in the current “Teacher Mode” and “Run Mode” fields. You can use the Administration Mode to simplify the menu and eliminate the malfunction.
(Administration Mode includes setting options such as “Custom Setting Mode,” “Administration Setting Mode,” “Diagnosis Mode,” or “Mechanical Setting Mode.” Using “Administration Setting Mode,” you can set “Start Channel,” Program Number Change (Valid / Invalid) ”and“ COM Setting (such as Baud Rate) ”.
5. All programs:
255 programs (current: 100 programs)
6. All points:
30,000 points (current: 6,000 points)
