The Flexmont Kft. /Ltd. has been dealing with assembly automation (assembly technology, automation), custom machine manufacturing, and specialized machine construction since 1974. The activity was based on the purchase of several Western European licenses. The licenses included the right to market ergonomic workplaces, conveyor systems, small assembly machines, vibratory feeders, manipulators, presses, and building components.
During the past decades, Flexmont Ltd’s assembly technology, automation and individual machine manufacturing activities have undergone continuous development cycles. Today, its main activity is not as a building component manufacturer but as a system integrator.
For assembly technologies (riveting, servo pressing, greasing, gluing, dosing, robotics, ergonomic workplaces and their equipment, conveying systems) we represent the market-leading building component manufacturers with appropriate service.
A Flexmont Kft. közel 130 fő szakemberrel komplex szereléstechnikai berendezések, célgépek, mérőgépek tervezését, gyártását, szervizelését látja el. A berendezések szortimentje az egyedi gépektől a komplex automata szerelősorokig terjed. A tervezés 3D-s tervezői programmal hálózatba szervezve történik.
The production of parts typically takes place in our own cutting plant, this means inspections are installed or done with mobile 3D measuring machines. It carries out the electrical design, programming and commissioning of the equipment with its own specialists. Complex assembly lines now have high intelligence. They typically include image processing systems, measurement of physical and electrical characteristics (force, torque, length, leakage), data collection, processing, employee identification system, part identification.
We support our customers’ technological experiments with various test equipments. (vibratory feeders, servo presses, riveting machines, dosing equipment)
