Within the framework of individual machine production, a significant part of the assembly positions are prepared in manual semi-automatic or automatic mode in order to automate the assembly processes. These positions typically have their own autonomous PLC control. Their connection to complex assembly systems is usually flexible, which means that the various connections can be made in a short time.
The design of individual specialized machines is determined by the conditions of the applied technology. This is supplemented by the occupational safety hazard classification and the consideration of the CE conformity conditions.
The Flexmont Kft / Ltd. has been dealing with assembly automation (assembly technology, automation), custom machine manufacturing, and specialized machine construction since 1974. The activity was based on the purchase of several Western European licenses. The licenses included the right to market ergonomic workplaces, conveyor systems, small assembly machines, vibratory feeders, manipulators, presses, and building components.
