Products

Riveting machines

BK rocking riveting machines and riveting units are modular in design and equipped with an electronic control system. There is a selection that can be used flexibly for all assembly tasks, is suitable for different force ranges and can be driven either pneumatically or hydraulically.

Control

The forming and control technology processes are automated and monitored to such an extent that the machine operator can monitor the loading and unloading process. Three control variants are available for the installation model, depending on the current application requirements.

Riveting units or riveting spindles

Riveting units are built on a special stand with an oversized overhang or in a portal construction, solving tasks in the industrial sector. The riveting spindle can serve as a flexible prefabricated unit in a rotary table transfer or in a special machine. Installation can be done in any position, even in facing finishing.

Multi-spindle heads

The simultaneous production of several closing heads in one work process reduces their preparation time.

Wobble heads

2D and 3D wobble heads are available as replacement units for the corresponding basic machines.
For small batches, prototypes and samples, you can convert the drilling machine into a riveting machine.
