Purpose-built machines

Special machines can be semi-automatic or fully automatic. They are often combined with manual operation, meaning that not all special machines operate fully automatically, and human intervention may be required during operation. In these cases, a complete motion analysis of the operator's activity is required.

Each special machine has an independent control, which is usually controlled by a PLC program. There are special machines that can be easily integrated into a larger assembly line, which can be flexibly configured. 

The design of special machines is always adapted to the given technological task, and they are mostly made as pushers or rotary table designs.

During the design, we pay special attention to ergonomic and occupational safety regulations, as well as compliance with the EU CE conformity requirement.
