The progressive cavity pump is a high-precision volumetric dosing system that enables continuous and pulsation-free material processing. The rotating movement of the eccentric screw ensures extremely precise and constant speed dosing, especially for small quantities, even with a material flow of 0.1 ml/minute. Its special design allows for high-precision dosing of abrasive materials or materials with a filler content of up to 60% (e.g. thermal pastes). It ensures a long service life and optimal cost-effectiveness even when handling these abrasive materials. Since the dosing amount is fully linearly adjustable, it enables an accuracy of ± 1%. It is particularly recommended for processing materials that are pressure-sensitive, because the maximum operating pressure applied is only 10 bar.

When can we use PCP?
- small quantities need to be dispensed (> 0.002 ml per shot)
- low-pressure material supply is available (pressure tank)
- for filled large ones (up to 60% filled)
- several different quantities need to be dispensed within a cycle
- where continuous dispensing is also required, with constant material flow and pressure
- in automated processes (equipped with servo motor, lightweight design)
