Precise repeatability
Chamber dosing valves operate on the volumetric dosing principle. The material is supplied from a closed chamber at the outlet This valve is suitable for all tasks requiring high repeatability and where complete process monitoring is required.
The dosing volume can be infinitely adjusted and easily fixed over an extremely wide range (0.05 – 100 ml). This means that the valve can be used for a wide range of end products and quantity requirements.
Save time and money with new sealing technology
Thanks to the Dopag Long Life Seal concept, the valve seal can withstand up to 1.2 million dosing cycles without leakage. During intensive field tests, it was able to withstand 8 million strokes with consistent repeatability.
Since the dosing chamber is filled and emptied by the material pressure, no additional system monitoring is required apart from the stroke sensor, even for complex tasks.
Precise dispensing without dripping
The valve design provides a snuff-back effect after dispensing, which prevents material from dripping, generating a precise and clean process.
