With a needle valve or diaphragm dosing valve, the material is continuously applied to the component in the form of dots or stripes. Valves for contact-free material application are also available in a wide range. They reliably apply lubricant from a distance, even to hard-to-reach and hidden places, for example by shot or spray application.

The right configuration for every application
The dispensing valves operate on a time and pressure-controlled principle. The quantity to be dispensed is determined by the material pressure and the opening time of the valve needle. Thanks to their robust design, they can process materials with viscosities of up to 2,500,000 mPas. Various drum pumps and tank pumps are available for material supply. Numerous components can be added to the system concept for monitoring and control. Depending on process safety requirements, gear flow measuring cells, needle monitoring sensors, optical sensors or pressure sensors can be selected. All dispensing valves can be integrated into fully automated production lines.
