A Flexmont Ltd. It has been dealing with automation, custom machine manufacturing, and purpose-built machine construction since 1974. The basis of its activity was the purchase of several Western European licenses. The licenses included the right to manufacture and distribute ergonomic workplaces, conveyor systems, assembly machines, vibration feeders, manipulators, presses, and building components.

During the operation of Flexmont Ltd., its assembly technology, automation, and custom machine manufacturing activities have gone through several development cycles. Today, its main activity is not as a building component manufacturer, but as a system integrator.

In assembly technology, the company represents market-leading building component manufacturers, with appropriate service, such as: riveting, servo pressing, greasing, gluing, dosing, robotics, ergonomic workplaces and their equipment, and conveyor systems.

With nearly 130 specialists, Flexmont Kft. designs, manufactures and services complex assembly equipment, special machines and measuring machines. The range of equipment ranges from individual machines to complex, automatic assembly lines.

The company has its own CNC machine park for component production. The design is carried out using a 3D design program and is organized into a network. Specialists carry out quality control using installed and mobile 3D measuring machines and a robotic laser scanner. Engineers are responsible for the electrical design, programming and commissioning of the equipment.
