In accordance with FEDERAL STANDARD 209D, Clean Room Class 10 is defined as:
- 10 or less particles (0.5μm diameter <=) in 1 cubic foot of volume
- 30 or less particles (0.3μm diameter <=) in 1 cubic foot of volume

Hole sealing
